A Celebration of Crisp Clients Committed to Breaking Through Barriers to Achieve Transformational Growth
The Crisp Game Changer Awards recognize law firm owners and their teams who achieve the most transformational growth by truly pushing past their limits. From leadership and operations to team culture and execution, these practices perform at the next level in even the most challenging conditions.
At Crisp, we’ve spent the last decade working alongside the country’s highest-performing law firms. Every day, we see what separates sustainable growth from temporary momentum and what’s required to perform at this level consistently.
Winning a Game Changer Award isn’t based on who has the highest revenue, the largest team, or the biggest market share. It's about who has leveraged the principles they've learned from Crisp to achieve the greatest transformation in their law practice.
At Crisp, our vision is to help 10,000 law firms grow their revenue by $10 million, creating a $100 billion impact on the legal industry.
After working with hundreds of law firm owners, one thing has become clear.
The firms that experience extraordinary transformations are the ones that are fully committed to their vision, their team, their community and their clients.
We believe that level of commitment deserves to be recognized.
That belief is what led us to create the Game Changer Awards - a platform to recognize the firm owners and their teams who are redefining what is possible in the legal industry.
And in true Crisp fashion, we're going to reward you for it in a BIG way.
This top honor goes to one legal practice per program: CrispX, SELECT, PREMIER and ELITE. Firms receiving this recognition must demonstrate exceptional growth in four major areas: leadership, culture, community impact and client experience.
These category-based awards recognize law firms that perform at an exceptional level in a specific area of the business.
We’ll release the 2026 Game Changer Awards official application process during our Crisp Coach Q1 Workshops.
When applications open, you’ll choose one application path.
Complete the full application across all four growth areas. You may also select one Excellence category for consideration.
Excellence Award (Choose 1 category): Leadership, Culture, Community Impact, or Client Experience.
Your submission will include:
Semifinalists will be announced in August, and the Crisp Review Board will conduct 30-minute Zoom interviews.
These conversations give us the opportunity to go beyond the numbers and dive deeper into the journey behind your results, so we can fully understand the impact you have created.
Finalists will be announced by the end of August, and the Crisp Team will conduct video interviews during your Q3 workshops.
Portions of this interview may be shared on stage at the Game Changers Summit as we highlight and celebrate your firm’s transformation as a finalist.
Winners are announced LIVE at the Game Changers Summit 2026.
Winners must be present at the Game Changers Summit to accept the award.
A panel of senior Crisp team members reviews all applications and makes recommendations to Crisp Leadership, who select finalists and winners.
We're looking at your growth in 2026 across ALL FOUR areas: leadership, firm culture, community impact, and client experience.
We're looking at your specific growth in 2026 in ONE area: leadership, firm culture, community impact, or client experience.
Great firms are built by great people. The Crisp Experience MVP Award recognizes team members who go above and beyond to drive the law firm’s mission forward.
Crisp Experience members compete throughout the year by completing monthly challenges in their chosen pathway. Each challenge pushes you to develop new skills, step outside your comfort zone, and document your progress.
The 2025 MVP challenge concluded in February 2026 at the Crisp ELEVATE event. Details on the 2026 MVP challenge will be revealed in Q2.
Use this time to capture your progress, milestones, and lessons so your story is ready to submit.
We ask firms to select one Excellence Award category to apply for. If you believe your firm demonstrates strength across all four areas, we recommend applying for the Firm of the Year Award instead.
Within your Firm of the Year Application, you are able to request to be considered for one of the Excellence Awards.
Yes. Additionally, you may also apply for a different Excellence Award if it aligns with your firm's growth and journey.
Yes. We announce and celebrate our winners live at the Summit. To ensure a meaningful and elevated experience for everyone, winners must be in attendance.
Absolutely. If you were a finalist in a prior year, you’re welcome to apply again this year. Many firms apply more than once as their growth continues to build.
Your endorsement can come from any active Crisp Coach member, regardless of program level. What matters most is the authenticity of the relationship and the impact you’ve had.
There is no required page minimum or maximum. What matters most is the depth, clarity, and specificity of your submission. Strong applications demonstrate measurable growth through clear metrics and meaningful before and after comparisons, while also showing a direct connection between Crisp coaching or resources and the outcomes achieved.
We are looking for evidence of sustainable systems that support long term success, not isolated wins. The most compelling submissions also include thoughtful reflection on the challenges you navigated and how those moments shaped your progress.
We look for metrics that clearly reflect real, measurable progress. This can include revenue growth, improvements in profit margins, increases in average case value, team expansion, stronger retention rates, higher client satisfaction scores, improved marketing ROI, or time saved through more effective systems.
Before and after comparisons are especially helpful because they clearly show where you started and where you are today. For example, growing revenue from 3 million to 7 million, improving intake conversion from 18 percent to 32 percent, or reducing case cycle time from twelve months to eight. Presenting both the baseline and the outcome provides context and makes the magnitude of change unmistakable.
The more clearly you demonstrate the shift over time, the stronger and more compelling your application will be.
Absolutely. If you’ve achieved measurable progress, can clearly demonstrate the impact of your work, and have been a Crisp Coach member for three consecutive quarters , you should apply. We evaluate applications based on results and transformation, not simply how long you’ve been in the ecosystem.
Firms with longer tenure may have had more time to implement and refine systems, which can strengthen their submissions. However, meaningful growth in a short period of time is powerful and worth sharing.
All Crisp Coach eligible members will receive an email in Q2 2026 with the application link and detailed instructions.
Please feel free to email coach@crisp.co with any questions throughout the process. We are here to help!
For the Game Changer Awards for firm owners, all active Crisp Coach members are eligible who meet these requirements:
For the Game Changer Awards for team members, all Crisp Experience members are eligible. Their firm must be actively in a coaching program to participate in the challenges.
ELITE: You're an emerging leader working on your law firm, not just in it. You're up to $1M in revenue with a 7-Figure Vision. Right now, everything still runs through you, and that's the problem. Your focus is about expanding your capacity: building the systems, processes, and team that let you do more than you ever could on your own.
PREMIER: You're past $1M with an 8-Figure Vision, and you've outgrown what you know how to do. Hustle and hard work got you here, but they won't get you to the next level. Your focus is about expanding your capability: hiring strategically, building a scalable brand, and developing the skills, people, and infrastructure your firm needs to operate at the next level.
SELECT: You're an established organization with an 8-Figure Vision. You have real leadership in place, but now the complexity is scaling faster than your leaders are. Your focus is about expanding your leaders: developing the "whos" that can solve problems, build culture, and create a self-managing organization that grows without you holding it together.
CrispX: You're a market leader with a 9-Figure Vision. The firm runs. The team leads. Your job now is to look further ahead than anyone else in the firm. Your focus is about solving for the future: refocusing your why, innovating ahead of the market, and building a legacy that outlasts you.
