Making the 2023 Crisp Game Changers Summit open exclusively to Crisp Coach members allows us to control the caliber of people in the room.
When we allowed anyone to attend, the event grew so large (5,000+ attendees in 2022) that it presented several challenges:
First, it’s tough to regulate the quality of attendees when you have such a large audience.
A sizable portion of people were new to Crisp every year. This requires getting them up to speed on our background and philosophy — time that could be used to deliver more actionable content.
We also had speakers — people we wanted on stage — turn us down because they prefer to speak in an intimate and private setting. These are people who prefer smaller settings, so they can engage with attendees on a more focused and intimate level.
Furthermore, the Summit’s growth on such a grand scale makes it difficult to create extraordinary experiences, while still delivering knowledge and strategies that satisfy every attendees’ needs.
Add all this up and it means attendees miss out on content that could have an even greater impact on their firms. We can’t allow this to continue.
Making the Crisp Game Changers Summit private allows us to tailor the content and speakers specific to the needs of an audience that’s familiar with us and we’re familiar with them. The event is now a value-add for people who are committed to being members of the Crisp community.
A private event also ensures the only attendees are the industry’s highest caliber leaders — people with elite-level drive and determination to be the best. So we can deliver a more focused, advanced level of content specific to the experience of the attorneys in the room.
