1. Share your feedback

2. Thank your firm owner

Gratitude helps you to grow and expand. Take some time to thank your firm owner for their investment in your personal growth. 

3. Execute the goal in your Monthly Planner

We scanned and returned your first completed monthly planner at the Foundations workshop. Keep this page handy in executing the goals you established during our session. 

4. Complete the Monthly Planners for the remaining quarter. 

Utilize the remaining two monthly planners in your Crisp Experience workbook to define your remaining quarterly goals.

5. Schedule time with your firm owner to review your takeaways and quarterly plans. 

In your meeting with your firm owner complete the Kolbe/PRINT cheat sheet to learn how to best leverage these assessments in communicating effectively.

6. Complete your first pathway assignment. 

As a member of the Client Facing Excellence pathway, your first assignment is to listen to this podcast episode featuring Horst Schulze, founder of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Horst learned early on that in order to excel, you must be excellent. To be the best — and to hold that position — you must always be looking for ways to excel. Not only does this benefit you, but it inspires those you lead to do the same.
 

7. Take your first pathway assessment. 

Confirm your understanding and takeaways with the quick comprehension assessment below. It will take less than 5 minutes and will earn you points towards Crisp Experience MVP. As well, this assignment goes towards your progress reports to your firm owner. 
 

8. Look for your accountability group email

Keep an eye on your inbox for an email connecting you to your Crisp Experience Foundations accountability group. This email will connect you to randomly selected Crisp Experience team members to further connect and hold each other accountable to your Monthly Planner goals. Remember, today's accountability will drive tomorrow's results. This is your opportunity to expand your network, learn new best practices, and keep each other accountable to your growth goals.

9. Meet with your accountability group 

Even though we're spread apart, if nothing else, this year has taught us that we can always stay connected. Schedule at least one meeting with your accountability group to ensure you're executing your goals. Use this as an opportunity to build new professional connections and friendships! Plus, you'll likely learn from each other as well.

10. Stay in touch with the Crisp Experience Facebook Group

Be on the lookout for additional engagement challenges and stay connected with your peers in the private, exclusive Crisp Experience Facebook group. Remember, we reward commitment! The more engaged you are in the group, the greater your opportunity in winning Crisp Experience MVP.
