The Crisp Advantage Rewards Program

IN NOVEMBER 2016, WE DECIDED TO GO ALL IN ON REWARDING OUR CLIENTS

This date represents both a significant risk and the launching point for what has become the legal industry’s most lucrative referral program.

Back then, we knew people were sick of Starbucks gift cards, cookies, and popcorn tins as thank you gifts. They craved meaningful recognition.

So we set out to raise the standards.

On that November day, we completed the purchase of a Tesla Model S — and set in motion plans to give away the car as a reward to one committed Crisp client.

AT FIRST, FEW PEOPLE BELIEVED US

So a big part of the process early on was getting everyone to realize we were serious. Many thought there was some sort of a catch.

Of course, that wasn’t true. In fact, besides giving away the Tesla Model S, we also rewarded hundreds of clients with exclusive gifts along the way.

AFTER THE FIRST SUCCESSFUL TESLA GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY, WE WERE DETERMINED TO NOT GET COMPLACENT

So, in 2018, not only did we give away a Tesla Model X at the National Trial Lawyers Summit in Miami, but we also gave away 3 Tesla Model 3s at the inaugural Crisp Game Changers Summit.

THE NEXT YEAR, WE WERE DETERMINED TO PLAY A BIGGER GAME

We added a Ferrari California to the mix — and we gave that away too, along with 3 more Tesla Model 3s at the second Game Changers Summit.

And for the first time, we expanded the program to include our legal partners, and also gave a Tesla away to a Crisp team member.

AFTER FOUR YEARS, COUNTLESS LAW FIRM OWNERS SHARED HOW TRANSFORMATIONAL  CRISP HAD BEEN ON THEIR LAW FIRM AND IN THEIR LIVES

So we created The Crisp Effect Challenge — designed to determine which Crisp client could achieve the most transformational growth by truly pushing past their limits.

After onsite voting at the Game Changers Summit 3, the attorney who demonstrated the biggest transformation drove off in a Rolls-Royce Ghost.

DETERMINED TO ONCE AGAIN RAISE THE BAR, WE TOOK OUR CAR GIVEAWAYS TO A NEW LEVEL

At the Game Changers Summit 2022, we gave away four cars including a Tesla Model S Plaid, two Tesla Model 3s, and a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen.

TO ACCELERATE EVEN FURTHER, WE DELIVERED MICHAEL’S DREAM CAR TO A CRISP COACH MEMBER

In 2023, the Game Changers Summit went MEMBERS ONLY. By making the event private, we ensured that only the industry’s highest caliber leaders — individuals with elite-level drive and determination to be the best — were in attendance. 

Now, more than seven years later, we’ve given away 18 cars, including a Ferrari, Corvette, Rolls-Royce, Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen, and many, many more Teslas.

FOR 2024, we’re delivering more rewards than ever before, equipping members to conquer their Everest.
